International activity of the faculty departments is aimed to improve the quality of education and scientific activity through development of external relations and comprehensive integration into the world educational space. The work is being done in the following areas:
- establishment and development of cooperation with foreign organizations and educational institutions;
- development of academic mobility;
- improving the quality of educational and scientific activities to the level of modern world requirements;
- increasing participation of the university in international projects and programs;
- studying and introducing the advanced experience of foreign universities.
Departments of the faculty cooperate with leading foreign scientific centers, such as Volga Region Institute of Management named after A. Stolypin - a branch of the federal state budgetary educational institution of higher professional education " Presidential Russian Academy of National Economy and Public Service of Russian Federation"; Altai State University (RF); Kyrgyz National University named after Balasygyn (Republic of Kyrgyzstan); Gyonsgan National University (Republic of Korea); Chongjou University (Republic of Korea); College of International Education, Xinjiang University of Economics and Finance (China); Tomsk State University (Russia).
Also close ties with the Istanbul University’s teachers staff were established, and a bilateral agreement on cooperation between the EKSU and the Istanbul University (Turkey) was signed in 2016.
Teachers and students of the faculty have an opportunity to exchange experience with professors invited from partner universities, and receive the advice. In general, intensive work of the departments in international sphere makes it possible to optimize educational and scientific activities, to bring it closer to the needs of practice in the field of economics and jurisprudence.
The geography of students’ and Masters’ departures expands annually in the framework of academic mobility (Wroclaw University, Poland; Jiongsang National University, South Korea; Munich University of Applied Sciences, Germany, etc.).
